Studio and Matwork Classes with Jill

Jill Taylor was trained by the world renowned Alan Herdman and has been teaching both Machine (studio) and Matwork Pilates since 2006 in West London and Soho. She draws on a wealth of knowledge from her many years in Nursing and Psychology to enable clients to get the best possible results from their sessions.

    Jill offers:

  • Personalised Pilates equipment sessions in a small studio, which gives you the opportunity to have individualised programmes to help you to understand Pilates and get the best possible results - whether pre or post natal, recovering from accident, injury, operation or wanting to improve your overall fitness and flexibility - Pilates really is for everyone.
  • Small group mat classes  (If you've been struggling to understand in a class - a couple of 1:1's might help you get more from the technique.)
  • Home visits within the local area - on a 1:1 basis, with couples, or with a small group of friends.
  • Corporate sessions - classes or 1:1 sessions within your company

  • On-Line Sessions: groups and 1:1

Of all the Pilates teachers I have had, Jill is the one who focuses most on ensuring an individual's technique is correct. She is excellent at remembering the challenges each of her students has and works round them with care.

As a result, I have been attending her classes for nearly three years and will continue to do so. Although I have only been able to commit to one class a week, during that period I have avoided the back trouble that plagued me in the past.
